Germany to Have the Largest International Pavilion at AEEDC Dubai Next year

Cologne – Germany, March 13th 2015: the German Union for Dental Manufacturers (VDDI) announced today that they will participate with the largest international pavilion at the UAE International Dental Conference and Arab Dental Exhibition – AEEDC Dubai 2016, which is the second largest dental platform in the world and the first in the MENASA Region.

Dr. Markus Heibach, the Executive Director of VDDI made the announcement on the sidelines of the IDS Cologne Dental Exhibition, with the presence of AEEDC Dubai Delegation which is headed by Dr. Abdul Salam Al Madani, the Executive Chairman of AEEDC Dubai and the Global Scientific Dental Alliance and Dr. Tariq Khoory; Honorary Chairman of AEEDC Dubai, Dr. Nasser Malik; Chairman of AEEDC Scientific Committee, in addition to a number of executives.

With this announcement, the German Pavilion; represented by the VDDI will participate with the largest space at AEEDC Dubai nest year with a marked 50% increase in space compared to this year. Dr. Markus Heibach, the Executive Director of VDDI said: “all the German companies that are registered under the umbrella of the VDDI have full trust in the AEEDC Dubai. We know the value of this outstanding event and we appreciate the economic impression of our participation in addition to the strategic location of Dubai where reflects on our expansion in the MENASA Region. We fully support AEEDC Dubai for 20 years as we know the importance of this event, that’s why we would like to celebrate its 20th anniversary by being the largest international pavilion.”

From his side, Dr. Abdul Salam Al Madani the Executive Chairman of AEEDC Dubai and the Global Scientific Dental Alliance expressed his gratitude to the VDDI and to the German government. He said: “we strive to be the best dental gathering in the world. Therefore, we are always determined to participate in all international economic, dental and medical exhibitions such as IDS Cologne in order to support the national economy and attract more investors to Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. This announcement reflects the trust that dental professionals and companies have in AEEDC Dubai.”

Moreover, the UAE delegation representing AEEDC Dubai signed a 10 years agreement with the USA International Orthodontic Union on the sidelines of their participation at the IDS Dental Exhibition in cologne. Through this agreement, the US union will provide full academic and scientific support to AEEDC Dubai in addition to promote the event through its members and international representatives. The agreement also includes sharing information and scientific research between members of the union and AEEDC Dubai and GSDA, in addition the union will provide full support to the AEEDC Dubai Orthodontic Conference, which will be part of AEEDC Dubai 2016.
